Tuesday Evening

Strength Yoga: 6:30 – 8pm

A beautifully energizing class that balances you for the rest of the week.

Wednesday Morning

Gentle Yoga: 10 – 11:30am

A gentle & restorative class, with focus on wellbeing & subtle strength.

Thursday Evening

Strength/Vinyasa: 7:30 – 9pm

A combination class that is very healing, nurturing & peaceful.

Saturday Morning

Saturday morning yoga classes on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month. No bookings required.

Strength Yoga: 7:00 – 8:30am

Great way to start your Saturday and the weekend.
